Trampled By Turtles (and special guest) on debut episode TC-based music show

When the St. Paul-based “Lowertown Line” premiered on New Year’s Eve, Minnesota music fans got a live “Austin City Limits”-style performance from Trampled By Turtles and an appearance from special guest Alan Sparhawk of Low.

Minnesota Original’s 30-minute music program airs on Twin Cities Public Television and, according to the Star Tribune, will roll out slowly in 2013. Dessa hosts.

You’ll see/hear on this episode: “Walt Whitman,” “Midnight on the Interstate,” “Keys to Paradise,” Low’s “When I Go Deaf” (with Sparhawk), “Alone.”
